New restaurant and meetings facilities are set to be rolled out at First Central Hotel Suites as part of ongoing efforts to drive high guest satisfaction rates and offer unique experiences at the property.
The enhancements follow a study of competitor offerings and the property’s current business mix conducted by TFG Asset Management (TFGAM) in collaboration with the hotel operator, to determine what amenities would add the most value to its customers and encourage repeat business.
The new F&B concept, ‘Beastro’, will be introduced first. It will be located in the main restaurant in the lobby and focus on promoting guest interaction and relationships.
This will be followed by the launch of the ‘Business Hub’ – a new innovative venue featuring two meetings rooms, a training and seminar space, reception area and a business centre desk, which will cater to the needs of in-house corporate guests, as well as local businesses.
TFGAM will continue to work closely with First Central Hotel Suites’ management to revise all existing facilities and consider what further enhancements can be made at a property that has now been open for more than seven years.
The combination of excellent service, for which the property is renowned, and the development of new targeted facilities will drive a better top-line performance, according to TFGAM.
